For crying out loud and louder still...who the hell gives a brass nickel or a silver penny about their debts? They can easily pay the debt off with all the money and properties they own.
Why is this newsworthy? Just MORE publicity for the Osbournes.

Ooh! I know...let's take up a collection at the Spoof Offices and all give ten per cent of our Spoof salaries to help the Osbournes pay their tax debt.
Then, with what's left over...we'll all go down to the pub and celebrate.
