It has been officially declared that normality is the most common handicap in the world with nine times as many people with it than those without. It is also causes the most devastation affecting the lives of millions of people indirectly since the consequences of being normal when put to wrong use such as abusing power, bullying, selfishness, etc. are more damaging to society in total than the damaging effects the disabilities of all disabled people have on society.
Take for example someone who is a cripple - this has a devastating effect on the individual, the immediate family and friends but doesn't affect that many people, whereas a politician who stirs up illegal wars (George Bush, Tony Blair) through normal activities have caused more harm and grief to millions of people than the disability had on a few people.
Normality is normal and affects the majority so it is seen as right by the majority - but this is where normalists become bigots. They think that what they do and are is right and if anyone from the minority does something differently or disagrees with them then they are wrong. Over half normal people are opportunistic wrongdoers and believe they can get away with all their wrongdoing because it is normal. There are too many normal people who feel more inadequate to people who are not normal. Many disabled people have a handicap in one area which could be 24 hours a day or just at certain times and significant strengths in other areas, whereas normal people have a handicap in all areas 24 hours a day - and this is typical of a normality handicap.
The devastating effects of handicaps associated with normality also spread between normal people like a virus and doesn't keep within the immediate circle where it originated, which is very different to disabilities as there are contained to within a small number of people who are close to the disabled person. It has been given the identity "The Normality Virus".
The biggest bunches of normal people who are carriers of The Normality Virus and deliver the greatest handicap to society are politicians, senior civil servants, other senior public sector workers and bureaucrats. They are mostly there because of elitism and don't like people from the disadvantaged classes who are supposedly less capable to be seen as more capable as they must be seen as in charge.
This could be the reason why the UK is facing a skills shortage, with too many people from elite backgrounds being chosen over disabled people with higher intelligence and integrity that would do a better job. This contributes towards the skills shortage together with incompetent officers in high positions. Government officials will be looking into this over the next few months and if this is true they will not be able to conclude this as they could be some of the incompetent officers lacking the understanding that this is the cause.
What all this has lead to in the UK is the DWP (Department for Work and Pensions) using the fact that disabled people have far higher qualities than normal people in an attempt to deny disabled people their entitlements to benefits for their care needs but will dish out plenty to normal people who are able-bodied and need no care because they are less capable in general than disabled people. This is evident from the performance of staff at all levels within the DWP. The DWP is the least efficient UK government department with the highest sickness levels and most corrupt policies, so disabled people are better in all aspects than most of the staff working in the DWP. Disabled people still need more care in general than able-bodied people and this is what their entitlements should be based around, not how capable they are.
There is a campaign in the UK by DWP Corruption to end this persecution of denying disabled people their entitlements because of their better overall qualities since entitlement should be based around care needs. There is an online petition with many stories of betrayal of the vulnerable calling an end to this bureaucratic fraud. It is a serious problem within the department and needs to be eradicated.
There are also other campaigns such as to stop the spread of The Normality Virus by calling for all civil servants to be immunised from catching the virus but such people identified as being carriers of the virus are to be quarantined while they are pursuing their career. This would mean that people like George Bush, Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and many more being locked up for the rest of their careers only to be released when they retire.
