Hang on Twilight lovers, the last Twilight may finally be played out but it's two co-stars, Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson, are said to be looking over the roles of Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow, the 1930 bank robbers made famous in the early movie by Faye Dunaway and Warren Beatty.
Both agree that it will be hard to follow those two but think that there's a lot of younger people now who have neither seen the movie or have forgotten about it. They say that the new version will stick more to the truth than the one in the late 1960's.
"We're studying the scripts and they're also having to read the reports of the real Bonnie & Clyde", stated Stewart. "This one is a love story too but not in a flashy way. We're ready to go Hicksville with it because that was where most of their story happened."
Producer Buck Schlinger says he's going all out for realism in everything but the love scenes.
"Who knows what happened with that, so who's to say we got any of that wrong? It won't lack for hot shots but we're sticking to the truth all that we can. Even if you just replayed their lives together, there's a whole lot that is still unknown."
"One thing that I can guarantee you about this pic", stated Schlinger, "we won't ham it up. We want the audience to be swept back to that time in America."
