Lindsey Lohan was released from jail after a 15-hour stay. During a brief hearing Friday morning, a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge had ordered Lohan held without bail until due back in court on Oct. 22.
That ruling was tossed after her attorney had unprotected sex with a lonely assistant supervising judge of LA's criminal courts. (The video will be released soon)
The judge granted Lindsey bail at 6 p.m saying that after a tense up and down negotiations with Lindsey Lohans Lawyer, she was totally entitled to bail.
On the way out, Lindsey was all smiles and thanked the judge who granted her bail.
"This legal system can't touch me," she hollered with her arms raised in the air to an awaiting crowd of two girls cheering her on; she was then heard whispering to her Lawyer, "Except the judge who let me out." Lindsey hadn't noticed a microphone in front of her.
Her lawyer quickly hollered to the attending press, "Strike that statement from the record."
After a brief photo op with a rented photographer, she was whisked away in a pink Lincoln Escalade.
(Special news update) After her release from jail, Lindsey Lohan was seen bar hopping and dirty dancing with an assistant supervising judge of LA's criminal courts.
Lindsey was overheard asking her Lawyer, "Do I really have to go down on this skank?"
Her lawyer laughed and when Lindsey asked what was so funny, he replied, "The judged asked me the same thing about you."
