It has been revealed by a top Japanese officials that the Columbian Cartel paid a two million dollar ransom to Japan for the release of Paris Hilton.
An unidentified Cartel member says it was money well spent.
"We make tons of money from her, and she is one of our best spokeswomen; people buy our product so they can be just like her."
It has also been said that she is the best teacher they have in their school "How to snort and look cool."
Paris Hilton refused to comment on the allegations, but said she would look into it after her class.
