The New Jersey Prosecutor who brought charges of disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance against Snooki Polizzi for her antics on a beach in July, has now added a third charge of annoying behavior to her rap sheet.
Snooki's attorney, upon hearing about the addition of the third charge is reported to have said "oh really, Einstein. Snooki is annoying. What else do you have up your sleeve? Perhaps you could add a claim of childish behavior and unsteady gait to the mix?" she exclaimed in a mocking tone.
Meanwhile Snooki's shnockered behavior has raised the ire of her dad who claims that although it's ok for her to act like that in private, "showing her butt" as he puts it, in public is just not acceptable.
It is for this reason that Snooki has promised not to drink during daytime hours except on special occasions like family weddings and graduations; and is going to limit her annoying, drunken behavior to nighttime escapades and filming of the show Jersey Shore only.
