Poor LILY ALLEN has been treated for painful whiplash following an incident at a London hotel.
The singer was in the lobby of the plush hotel following a meeting to discuss her proposed summer slapper clothes store.
Trooper Lil was convinced she had suffered only a bruised blowhole so went home and carried on laying around as normal.
But after waking up in agony yesterday afternoon she visited her doctor, who quickly diagnosed the neck injury.
Allen later Twooted: "Owwwwwcch. My neck hurts... Still not funny innit tho.
"My neck hurts a lot... At the docs. It's whiplash from someone offering me a free drink yesterday!
