Jedward's record label Universal have revealed today that the duo have sold more than 2 million copies of their debut album 'Together', in just 2 weeks.

John and Edward Grimes, who hit fame and fortune on the british talent show The X Factor back in 2009, despite not winning the television show.

The pair signed a short lived contract with Syco/Sony Music in 2009 for the release their debut single 'Under Preasure (Ice Ice Baby)', with 90's rapping star Vanilla Ice. Unfortuantly the single undersold and the pair where dropped a few months later.

Two days afte they where dropped from Sony, the pair signed a 5 album deal with Universal Records, which would see them release their debut album 'Together', which was released two weeks ago and has sold over 2m copies woldwide.

The debut album from Jedward, 'Together' is out now and it available to purshase from iTunes and all good record stores.
