Mr Cowell was in fine form after his surgery to raise his hip bones. Asked why he had taken such drastic measures, Simon replied; "I wanted to change my image, no longer will people be able to comment on my waist high trousers....I havent got one anymore"!
How did he think the surgery went? "It was a bland ordinary operation with little talent and seen it all before after care, I dont see much of a future for this type of surgeon".
Surgeon, Mr Deepak Chunder replied, "You have no idea what your talking about Cowell, I'm the new boy on the operating floor, you haven't seen the last of me"!
