There were scenes of total mayhem and hysteria at the premiere of the highly-acclaimed film "Sacks in the City 2", held last night in a farmyard barn in Dorset.
Lauded by the hundreds of celebrities attending, all dressed in fabulous, expensive and quite laughable haute couture, designed by tasteless people with unpronounceable names, the film was cited by critics as the best film of its genre since "Sacks in the City 1" the previous week.
The story is based on the exploits of a lonely debutante, Parcelle Parceau, to release sackfuls of undelivered post stored in cities throughout the country. Her mission is to ensure every one of her female friends lays her own mail on the carpet of their own hallway.
As the deeply dense plot becomes even more insulting to the average person's intelligence, the cast's main worry is whether they can sell enough supporting t-shirts, key-rings, bookmarks and other valueless trash from the cinema foyer.
The story ends with everyone preparing for "Sacks in the City 3", starring Manuel Fawlty, Jonathan Woss and Rustle Brands.
