Sidney chairman reluctantly opts for X rating.

Sidney Studios - The latest movie by family entertainments company Sidney is an action comedy named "The Giant Isopods Mystery" staring Curt Russell, Nathan Lane, Angelica Houston, Bo Barnstable, Weird Al, Tommy Smothers III, and Woo Choy.

The production budget of the film was higher than expected due to the use of 'Avatar' type technology and a last minute discovery of film sabotage.

A rating problem surfaced late in the movie production that caused a drop from PG-13 to X. Unable to fix an extensive set of unique defects in the film Sidney reluctantly agreed to release 'The Giant Isopods Mystery' with an X rating.

A chance happening exposed the defects when the editing staff discovered that almost every scene with Tommy III had some sort of lewd or pornographic display. What was not known was that Smothers III, the lead teen star and film editor, is afflickted with rare variation of Asperger syndrome complicated with Tourettes where he makes subtle provocative gestures, exposes himself, writes graffiti in inconspicuous places, humps inanimate objects, and displays porn pictures. With Aspergers Smothers III has two genius level talents, acting and film technology, and he is quite average for everything else.

The unique 'talents' of Tommy Smothers III are lethal in filmmaking. Editors don't always see the there and not there Tourettes ticks like penis shaped cell phones, background equipment, signs, and buildings with logos flashing profanities, extras humping light posts, pornographic pictures/movies fading in and out anywhere on the set, stars making suggestive movement or comment unpredictably.

Sidney gave up on try to fix the picture and opted for a chance with adult audiences.

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
