George Bush Sr rocked the political world this morning after a reporter friend of Bill Clinton asked him to have a DNA sample taken and he refused.
"Yes, I am the father of Bill Clinton", Bush stated on the noonday press conference. "It's a long story and I'm no John Edwards but it's one of those cases where we were young and doing a little weed together...not too much, must be prudent..and the rest just sort of happened."
Someone asked him if he realized that he was the father of two U.S. Presidents and he just made history?
"Yes, but I had rather it had been Jeb", though I have nothing against Bill Clinton. We've done a lot of work together for charity and most people wondered why we got along so good together. Bill even had to do one of them 'Hamlock Manurers' George Jr. is always talking about. He saved me from chocking to death on a pretzel."
He then stopped to state that if anyone out in TV land was a Bush, Do Not try to eat pretzels. "It must be a family thing because even Bill told me he got choked once."
"George Jr. is like me, never one to flamboyantly believe in throwing a lot of words around. But my son, Bill, could talk the dress off of Mamie Eisenhower."
