HOLLYWOOD - Country recording artist Taylor Swift, has won more country music awards in just the past year than all other country music artists combined.
One of the two awards that Taylor has not won is the coveted 'Lifetime Achievement Award' but that is only because in order to receive it you have to be over 70 and Taylor is only 19.
The other award that she has not won and probably never will win is the Fattest Female Country Artist Award, which has been won for the past four years by Wynonna Judd.
And as if writing songs, performing songs, and touring all over the nation is not enough, the little girl from Pennsylvania has just agreed to appear as a dance contestant on the upcoming season of Dancing With The Stars.
One of the shows producers Bernadette Penderlicki told the prestigious dance magazine Two Left Feet that DWTS is thrilled to have Taylor become a member of their celebrity dance team.
Penderlicki stated that she can hardly wait to hear British judge Len Goodman and the country cutey Taylor Swift carry on a conversation with her y'alls, howdys, and reckons and Goodman's blimeys, bloomins, and gobsmacks.
Swifty, as Reba McEntire calls her, says she doesn't know a whole lot about dancing but adds that she is looking forward to doing the various dance numbers including the Pass The Salsa, the Mambovine, and the Paso Doublemint.
SIDENOTE: Dancing With The Stars judge Bruno Tonioli expressed some concern with Taylor's selection. He said that he is afraid if he says something negative about Miss Swift, her country fans will throw a lasso around his (blank) and drag him back to Italy.
