Elin Woods: "I should have been aware as to what was going on with Tiger" she said in an interview with TIGER TIMES, a new tabloid now being published to keep up with all the interest in the recent scandal.
"Every time he came home from a tour he would rush up the stairs to our bedroom and sounds of wood scrapings could be heard all the way down to the kitchen".
Elin explained, "Our master bedroom is furnished with a king sized four poster bed and all four posts were beginning to dwindle at an amazing rate".
"Knowing what I now know", said Elin, "I should have suspected something long ago".
Elin explained that she questioned Tiger on many occasions regarding the constant "notching" on their bedposts after each return home from tournaments and he told her he had "taken up word carving".
Elin was in tears as she continued, "our beautiful four poster bed is now reduced to four knobs as all four of the tall posts have now dropped off to the floor".
The household staff in the Woods' home are relieved that they no longer have to enter the Woods' master bedroom with brooms and dustpans to "sweep up all all sawdust" from Tiger's "wood carving" hobby.
