Kirstie Alley appeared all over the Good Morning America program this morning to talk about her role in the new musical, Jumpin' Java Jazz!
"I apologize for the fat suit", stated Kirstie, while munching on a long john from a box. "But they want me to get used to it for when the musical opens, early next year."
Alley went on and explained that the musical was loosely based on the old Star Wars episodes and all the canteen characters with some pretty wild music.
"Jazz is about as close as you can get to describing the music you hear on it", she stated. "Sorry Champion."
This later comment was for Sam Champion who was studying the weather chart and got pinned to the wall by Java the Butt and was motioning wildly that he needed to breathe.
Who else is in the musical?
"Well, there's my sister Hava Nagila Hut, played by Tyra Banks. Man, I don't know if you've seen that lady lately but she's sort of let herself go, if you know what I mean. Can you believe that she was a supermodel at one time? Got to watch her all the time or she'll steal your long johns."
They then cut to the local weather first, so that Sam could get some more air into his chest.
