Nigella Lawson has produced a series of what she is calling MILF dishes. Talking about cooking poultry, she said:
"Basically there's nothing a slightly older bird responds to better than a good stuffing. I recommend a large spicy sausage. Alternatively you can braise it in some alcohol. I have a friend who says that she is happy to have any form of meat in cider."
"I have also produced my own version of coq au vin - which is basically a large glass of chardonnay whilst performing oral sex - it seems to go down quite well, although some prefer to spit."
"And talking about spits, I will be talking about a good roasting for mature meat in my next book" she promised.
