Jill Mathison of Maryland got married, and had a baby 4 months after wedding, she's 74.
The husband, George Bates , is actually 83 years old. He had been married earlier, but divorced his now ex-wife when he was 71.
Jill and George met at a hotel in Florida while on vacation. Soon after, the two got married. Both didn't expect to be parents at these ages!
"I didn't know it was going to happen!", says Jill, "it really was totally unexpected!"
Their new baby girl, Lily Jane Bates, born 4 months after the couple's wedding, is doing well.
