Todd Carty, the former Grange Hill, EastEnders and The Bill actor who has been taking part in the ITV celebrity spectacular Dancing On Ice, has been banned from his local ice rink after an incident on the show.
Carty, who played Tucker Jenkins in his most memorable role, unceremoniously, and hilariously, left the ice last week and finished up amongst the audience. Seven people were hurt, amongst them housewife Jackie Fick. She had to be rushed to hospital when Jenkins' skates became embedded in her head.
Fowler lives in Muswell Hill, close to the Alexandra Palace Ice Rink, but bosses there have banned the star from skating at the venue, claiming he is a health and safety risk, and a danger to other skaters.
Manager, Arfur Salco, told us:
"He's a fackin liability. Comin' dahn 'ere loik dat, an' froightening all o' de uvver enfusiasts. Sling yer 'ook, Tacker!"
PC Kent has been skating most of his life, and the Sun Hill copper said:
"Wot izzit 'Shell? There's sumfin' you aint tellin' me!"
