The Cookie Monster, a beloved character on Children's entertainment smorgasbord Sesaeme Street has been told to diet.
Muppet Dr Bunsen told us:'It is for his own good. A Monster who eats nothing but Cookie is not going to be in the best of health really. He needs a fully rounded diet, rather than a fully rounded belly'.
Cookie Monster was said to be in rehab, after admitting his problem. His diet for the next four weeks will consist purely of Brocolli and Sweetcorn. Speaking to us at the same time was Pete Doherty, but he was not saying anything we had not heard before.
