The Spoof has managed to obtain exclusive photos of the celebrity wedding of the year. It is believed to be the most expensive deal ever to be signed by a glossy magazine -but 'OK' publishers Northern and Shell may now decide not to pay Wayne Rooney and Coleen McLoughlin a reported £2.5 million due to pictures published today on the laugh a minute website.
Our Arts and Entertainment correspondent Sally Belgrano claims that the amazing pictures were obtained by a free lance photographer flying above the wedding reception at La Cervara, a 700-year-old former abbey on the North coast of Italy.
The website's editor Nigel Laws said yesterday: "These images obviously didn't come cheap but we believe we have invested wisely. We expect our internet traffic to go through the roof over the next couple of days.
"Considering the security at this event I am astonished that we managed to get any pictures at all. If you look towards the bottom left of the image you can clearly see Wayne's mother and sister sharing a pie and a can of White Lightning.
"Towards the centre of the picture you can see the Neville brother's. God only knows what they are talking about. Tits and stuff probably.
"But the real coup d'état is the image of Rooney himself in a bright blue shirt towards the top right hand corner of the photograph.
"If you look closely he appears to be dancing.
"We make no apologies for stealing OK magazines thunder!"
