Hannah Montana's squeaky clean image is intact according to her father and country music legend Billy Ray. "Those photo's are not my little girl" and "They have been photo shopped by some sicko" he is reported as telling close friends.
"If I get my hands on the culprits they are gonna pay," was Billy Ray's reaction when the news broke of a new set of Miley photographs doing the rounds of the net.
Billy Ray has not revealed what he plans to do to the culprits if caught, however an industry insider has suggested that Billy Ray is considering the most abhorrent punishment known to man-locking the culprits in a room and subjecting them to continuous playback of 'Achy, Breaky, Heart' until they beg his forgiveness.
