LOS ANGELES, CA - In a recent dream I had, Ashley Tisdale, got some surgery for her deviated septum, also correcting that adorable bump in her nose. Her fans were devastated of course, but Ashley was not.
"Ashley loved her new nose," says a friend. "She feels more in control, like God was unfair to her, and she can finally get back at him."
What she means is, Ashley is opting for getting some more work done.
"Ashley should get some implants," remarked Dr. Hayleigh Carlile, Tisdale's plastic surgeon and consultant, "fix some stubborn belly fat, and get the hair on her legs lasered off."
Tisdale's publicist has confirmed she indeed does want to change the way she looks, and when asked, Tisdale replied: "It'll be the same Ashley inside, of course, just . . . prettier."
