Many couples will flock to churches across the world, seeking to have July 7th, 2007 (also written as 07-07-07) as their "lucky" day. Others will rush to Vegas, Reno, and Atlantic city, hoping to strike it rich if the numbers and luck fall their way.
Jolene Buford and Bubba Shrunk of Mullett, Alabama are one of those couples that fit both groups. They plan on driving to Vegas to get "hitched" in a wedding chapel, then try their luck in the casino. "I'm hopin' ta git lucky three ways," said Bubba. "First, I gets ta marry my sweetheart and my cuzin in one happy moment, then I plans on winnin' me some money playin' in that thar casino fer a while, and them I'ma gonna take Jolene up ta the room and get lucky by havin' my way with her...if'n the kids are all asleep, of course."
Other people will visit the horse and dog tracks and will probably bet heavily on the seventh horse in the seventh race (and hope it does not finish seventh).
