Only days after announcing that she is leaving The View, the outspoken, obnoxiously opinionated Rosie O'Donnell has apparently hit rock bottom.
According the a spokesperson from the New York City Police Department (NYPD), O'Donnell was arrested and charged with public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, stalking, resisting arrest, and indecent exposure. According to the police report, a 911 call was received from an unidentified person at the Donald Trump estate. The caller advised police of an inebriated, topless woman who was trying to climb the fence of the estate.
When police arrived, O'Donnell began cursing at them and eventually had to be subdued with a taser. She was taken into custody and later released on a $10,000 bond.
