CCN - Hollywood - Today, back in Hollywood, Hugh Grant confesses that thought he was Russell Crowe. "I couldn't find a telephone, so I just grabbed the nearest thing I could find," said Grant. "I'm confident I will be vindicated at the end of this and have not done anything wrong, just like Russell Crowe."
When questioned about why he thought he was Russell Crowe, he said, "I just love watching Gladiator (which he pronounces Glad-he-ate-her) and picturing myself in those cute, short leather skirts."
The 'Love Actually' star voluntarily handed himself in at London's Notting Hill police station on Wednesday where he was arrested and questioned for half an hour for allegedly kicking a 43-year-old photographer, Whittaker, three times and kneeing him near the groin.
Hugh Grant has been invited to the Bush/Blair wedding. No details yet on what he will wear, or if he will take part in the ceremony.
