During an interview on The View, model and actress Tyra Banks reached across and grabbed Rosie O'Donnell on the breasts. Rosie reacted by jumping back in surprise. "Whoa," she yelled, "what kind of girl do you think I am? You just don't reach out and touch someone! If you're gonna do that, give me some flowers and chocolates first and buy me a nice dinner!"
Barbara Walters, co-host and executive producer of the show, was shocked. In a commentary, she said, "Weww, we wew suwpwised by what happened on the show today. We nevew expected Tywa to gwab Wosie's bweats. She'w got a wot of expwaining to do to the netwowk sensows."
Immediately after the early morning taping of The View, Tyra caught a quick flight to Chicago to tape an episode of Oprah. While their, she got on the famous Tom Cruise couch and jumped up and down. "Rosie let me cop a feel," she proclaimed with joy. "She had to protest to keep Barbara from getting mad, but she took me back stage and said she loved me!"
As the couch has become used more as a trampoline of late, it now has extra padding on the side and the ground beneath it in case excited stars and starlets bounce off.
In related news, Rosie announced that she is leaving the View to pursue Tyra and a career in modeling. Thus far, no agencies except the Coleman company (manufacturers of tents for camping and backpacking) have expressed interest in using her as a model.
