Nassau, Bahamas - (Rotters): Former Texan cop Virgie Arthur is demanding to take out a legally binding contract getting sole custody of grand daughter Dannielynn in the event that the seven month old baby's father Larry Birkhead 'takes a fatal hit from an unknown assailant in a tragic drive-by shooting' ahead of any Nassau burial next to the baby's mother, tragic Playboy stripper Anna Nicole and her son Daniel.
Arthur's attorney has proferred some interesting advice in the past but this latest installment may be his undoing.
Last week he was rumored to have been sued by Anna Nicole Smith's former partner/lawyer Howard K Stern for telling prime time coast to coast US audiences that Stern was responsible for the Playboy centerfold's homicide.
Meanwhile US TV news crews have said they won't pay Arthur any more money for her exclusive interviews after outraged viewers voted her the country's most grossly inappropriate comedy act since Dick Cheney shot a seventy-something lawyer pal on a duck shoot in the Rockies.
