Stanley Goldman Park, Hollywood, Fla. -(Ass Mess): Another twist of fate has struck the epic Anna Nicole Smith saga as Judge Lawrence Korda was caught spliffin' up in the Florida sunshine this weekend by Stanley Goldman Park cops on routine patrol.
The Judge was one of the Broward County Circuit justices involved in deciding Anna Nicole Smith should be buried in the Bahamas and not in Texas as her much-loathed gargoyle mother Virgie Arthur wanted.
When the cops sniffed out his lighted spliff he remained nonchalant and took the misdemeanor citation to appear in court at a later date on the chin, like a seasoned old stoner.
But his leisurely law breaking may have given Arthur that oh-so elusive legal ammo some would say she'd kill for.
Her attorneys now have seven days to sue for exhumation of her daughter's corpse on legal grounds of Korda's toxic incompetence to rule.
Some local press reports have stated the cops were tipped off by private investigators hired by Arthur, who also paid for supplying Korda with the cannabis.
More news of Arthur's triumph is expected tomorrow.
