Stuart Copeland, drummer with 80's band 'The Police', has sensationally pulled out of the comeback gigs announced recently.
Copeland has admitted to misinterpreting some of the lyrics most notably ROXANNE. We are told that he thought that it was about his former Crack Dealer known to hims as ROCKS ANNE. The embarrassment has caused him to go into hiding with his present cocaine dealer 'S'no Joquime' (AKA Emilio Chavez).
The Spoof has discovered that a contingency plan is in place.
Luckily his uncanny resemblance to The Duchess of Cornwall has enabled her to pledge her inclusion in the forthcoming gigs.
Camilla, who has beaten on a fair few skins in her day, will take the stage, the assumption being that know one will notice.
Camilla's hysterectomy operation should have been done by the time she takes the stage, and as long as she is tucked in and supported adequately, no-one need be any the wiser.
