After a skull-thonking chair slam to his head, the Hulkster stunned the arena by reciting T.S.Eliot's "The Waste Land." Though the crowd seemed to be getting into the esoteric allusions, a ring-side wag interrupted the "Game of Chess" segment by screaming: "For Keereist's blood, give us some Dylan Thomas! Chant out some e.e. cummings! Proclaim freely Whitman!"
But Hulk was having none of this hectoring, and he bellowed back at the heckler, after tossing opponent "Beefy Bob" Frost outta the ring, "You've been spouting too long, fellow!" Then Hogan went after the ring-side howler, flipping him deftly over the ropes, and slamming him to the mat in a pin, shouting "Now you're Donne, Mack, so don't ask for whom the bells tolls… it tolls for thee!"
