HOUSTON - The Little Old Band from Texas, ZZ Top has just announced that they will be appearing in an upcoming episode of the hit A&E show Duck Dynasty.

Billy Gibbons, lead singer and guitar player for the power trio from the Lone Star State, told Calcutta Cotton with Music Moments Magazine that Phil Robertson personally called him up and asked him to appear on their show.

ZZ Top has allowed the show to use its hit song "Sharp Dressed Man" as its theme song.

Phil said that he has always liked the band since two of its members have beards that are identical to the ones that the Duck Dynasty fellas sport.

Gibbons told Miss Cotton that when he looks at Phil it is as if he is looking into a mirror except for Robertson's personal thoughts, beliefs, and dietary practices.

Billy shook his head and remarked that he has just never really much cared for gator-ka-bobs, possum pudding, and swamp beaver burgers.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
