A local high school student received reprimand upon attending a school sponsored Halloween dance dressed as "Julianne Hough dressed as 'Crazy Eyes' from Orange Is the New Black ."
"I don't understand it," stated Rachelle E. Inconchiss, "It's not a racial thing. I was dressed up as a white actress . . . dressed up as a black actress."
Upon being offered some insight into her decision the student replied, "Well, sometimes you gotta just be who you are. I bet nobody would have said anything if the dance was the day after thanksgiving! I'm definitely going shopping that day."
We don't even know what that means.
