HOLLYWOOD - Kevin Spacey must have thought that he was being cute when he took out his Emmy Award Show ticket and swatted at the TV camera as the cameraman was shooting him at The 65th Annual Emmy Award Show.
Immediately after the show ended Spacey was approached by one of the shows producers and the Nokia Theater chief of security and escorted to a room backstage.
He was asked why he had swatted at the camera. Spacey was so nervous he could barely talk. An unnamed source said that Kevin actually sounded a lot like Ozzy Osbourne.
Spacey finally said that he was just joking.
"Just joking?" asked the producer.
He then said, "Does this place look like The Laughing Beaver Comedy Club in West Hollywood to you Mr. Spacey?"
"No sir," came the reply.
The producer then told him that he was not going to file any assault charges this time but expressed that he was going to fine him $700.
The award show producer then asked him if he understood that if he ever pulls that little fairyesque stunt again he will have him arrested on the spot.
"Yes ssssir." Spacey replied in a voice softer than Taylor Swift's.
