LONG BEACH, California - Miley Cyrus flew down to Long Beach to visit the world famous Aquarium of The Pacific.
She said that ever since she was six, she has wanted to visit the museum that includes over 315 sharts, 23 whales, 810 dolphins, 1,300 jellyfish, and 17,700 guppies.
As she toured the aquarium she was asked by Savannah Kettle with Glamboyant Magazine about the recent remark she had made.
The former star of Disney's Hannah Montana giggled and asked which remark was that since she has a tendency of making dozens and dozens of remarks in just an 8-hour period.
Miss Kettle informed her that it was the one about Britney Spears and her upskirt shots.
Miley shook her head. She giggled a bunch. And then she said that as she had told David Letterman on his late night talk show, she wants to take over Britney's title of being Miss Tinsel Town Upskirt.
She said that with her recent MTV Music Video Award Show performance in which she danced around in her bra and panties she is well on her way.
Miley confided to Kettle that she has actually been practicing at her home with the help of her younger sister Noah who plays the part of a member of the paparazzi.
SIDENOTE: Miley told Miss Kettle that she thinks that she has a good chance of becoming the new upskirt queen since unlike Britney she does not have a distracting C-section scar that shows up in her intimate upskirt shots.
