NEW YORK CITY - The undisputed Queen of Mean, Joan Rivers has commented that Miss Miley Cyrus has really gone off the deep end and the little wayward brat needs a good spanking.
Rivers, who is 80, appeared on The Viagra View with Larry King and Regis Philbin and talked about Miley's recent appearance on the MTV Music Video Awards Show.
She told Larry that she hadn't seen anything more lewd, vulgar, or nasty, since 2003, when Madonna was walking down Broadway in a short skirt and she slipped on a Nathan's Hot Dog someone had dropped on the sidewalk and buns, a weiner, mustard, relish, and cellulite went everywhere.
Joan The Moan said that Miley's performance on the MTV show, where she came out dressed in intimate underwear was best suited for some of the New York City hookers who ply their trade down on 28th Street.
SIDENOTE. Rivers remarked that she was watching the show with her 45-year-old divorced daughter Melissa and she had to get up and cover Mel's eyes to prevent her from experiencing what could have been a highly traumatic experience.
