LOS ANGELES - The former Nickelodeon star just cannot seem to keep her caboose out of trouble.
Hollywood Innuendo is reporting that the 27-year-old quasi-actress has been detained by the LAPD after she reportedly set fire to a neighbor's 60-foot tall palm tree.
Fajita San Guacamole with HI stated that Bynes told the investigating officers that the palm tree was struck by lightning.
When told that it was sunny and the temperature was 103 she grinned and said that maybe the fire was started by a spark from someone's barbecue grill.
The officers took her into custody.
FuFi Fondue the hair stylist to the stars told Miss San Guacamole that Amanda is a first class mess who has the worst looking cowlick that he has ever seen.
Bynes is best noted for starring in the Big Fat Liar movie trilogy series. The first film was Big Fat Liar, followed by the first sequel Big Fat Liar II: Pass Me The Butterball Please, and the second sequel Big Fat Liar III: Burp!
According to Los Angeles County authorities Bynes has been arrested for talking on the cell phone while driving at speeds of up to 105 miles per hour.
She was also arrested for ordering $73 worth of burgers at a Burger Bandit drive-thru in Cucamonga and then driving off without paying for them.
And in her most recent incident, which occured in Tarzana, Amanda was pulled over for driving while painting her toenails.
SIDENOTE: Los Angeles County authorities are currently working on the paperwork to place Amanda in The Henry & Betty Ford Rehab Clinic for at least seven months.
