Vero Beach man Kevin Multony claims he felt a little disappointed after attending a concert by talented British singer/songwriter Adele, and understandably so.
"I have to say that after forking over $100 for a ticket to see my favorite singer perform I feel slightly cheated," explained Kevin to anyone who would listen.
"I arrived at the concert venue at the schedule time and waited an hour for her to come on stage and sing. I was really excited but a little pissed off to be waiting but I expected the wait. I had never seen her live before and when she came on and sang her first number, the theme song to that James Bond movie I was expecting more. But that was it, she just sang one song, waved to the crowd and left the stage!"
Perplexed that he had not heard other songs, such as the haunting ballad 'Someone Like You' and the upbeat 'Rolling in the Deep' Kevin has vowed never to buy a ticket for an Adele concert ever again.
A spokesman for Adele though offered no apology and pointed out that, as anyone knows, "It isn't over until the fat lady sings" and that Adele had lived up to the saying, sang one song and left for an important engagement at a nearby all you can eat buffet.
