ATLANTIC CITY (The New and Improved Wall Street Journal) - After a tumultuous week on Wall Street that resulted in banks around the world stepping in to rescue the credit market, the final member of the Bancroft Family to sell out to Rupert Murdoch has left Donald Trump's casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey -- a hollow shell of his former self.
Corky Bancroft, who literally has done nothing his entire life but live off of his family's fortune, took to the streets on Friday without enough money to even hail a taxi.
Where he goes from here is anybody's guess. But the man who was once compared to Henry Fonda in 'Twelve Angry Men' will now be remembered as a "Penniless Sellout".
