A patron says that he really likes the name Five Guys & Their Wives Burgers.

ARLINGTON, Virginia - There are now over 1,000 Five Guys Burgers franchises in the United States with more opening monthly.

A restaurant consultant, Ferguson B. Waxminnow, has suggested that in order to make the spouses feel like they are part of the company (which they are) the name should be changed from Five Guys Burgers to the more appropriate and fitting Five Guys & Their Wives Burgers.

A research study was recently conducted and the new name was overwhelmingly approved by a vote of 28,503 to 17.

Waxminnow said that a secret ballot was taken of the five guys and the vote to add the five wives names to the restaurant name was 3-2.

The burger company wants to stress to all of their patrons that the only thing that is changing is the restaurant's name.

They want to assure everyone that everything else, the burgers, the fries, the napkins, the ketchup, the pickles, and all of the other condiments will not be changed or altered in any way, shape, or form.

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
