In a dramatic move the fate of the Bank of England has been saved by the appointment of true winner.
He is Gilbert 'Minty' Murray, who has astonished everyone with his amazing talent for finding strength from nowhere and in being at several places at the same time.
Murray hails from Wimbledon Common where he made a name for himself with 'The Crazy Gang', otherwise known as Wimbledon AFC (All Financial Crazy).
Murray's best friend the horse riding celebrity Jockey Itch, known for having scratched the surface of many problems, said 'I met Murray in Wimbledon and he seemed the obvious choice for Governor of the Bank of England. I'm sure he will be able to print as much money as the Bankers want.'
George Osborne, Chancellor the Exchequer welcomed Murray as 'someone who can make us popular with the public as well as Bankers.'
Shares on the London Stock Exchange have risen in anticipation of a 'Crazy Bonanza' ahead of the next election.
