I met with Latvian Prime Minister Valdis Dombrovskis on the 11th August.

Increased UK support for improved economic cooperation was discussed, we popped into a hotel bedroom to discuss the upcoming Northern Future Forum, which will be held in Riga in February 2013, bringing together Nordic and British prime ministers, businesspeople and others.

Those glasses he wears really bring out the best of his features...
