The Scottish Herald printed this:

Margo MacDonald deserves great praise and support for her motion calling on the Scottish Government to introduce legislation which would allow Tony Blair to stand trial in Scotland for ordering the illegal bombing and invasion of Iraq.

The backing for Ms MacDonald from SNP Members of the Scottish Parliament is to be welcomed, and it is to be hoped that all political parties within the Scottish Parliament, and leading Scottish religious and legal figures, will also support her initiative.
