Speaking in Warsaw, Poland on the final leg of a three-nation overseas trip, Gov. Mitt Romney praised the people of Poland for their struggle for freedom, and for their development of a strong, free-market economy.

Romney also praised the role of the late Pope John Paul II for his role in bringing down the tyranny of the Soviet Union in Eastern Europe.
