Euro 2012 - Group D - England v Sweden.

Tonight England play Sweden. Roy Hodgson, boss of England came to Sweden unknown in the 70s and broke into management with Hamsted, winning the title twice. Then he went to Malmo and won the title five times. He brought new ideas to Sweden and I and many others were grateful for that.

Somehow English football went backwards between the 90s and noughties and they appointed a foreigner - a Swedish man in fact, to do the top job in English football on a salary of £6 million a year. That man was me! I am forever grateful. Perhaps I owe Roy 10% of my vast fortune from 5 years in charge of England.
