Death Squads! Obama is gonna put my medical care in the hands of death squads!

I campaigned for this guy. I voted for this guy. I've said that I love this guy on national television!

Just because I'm old and blind and rich, I don't have access to doctors.

I'm voting Republican next time. They ain't brothers, but they do take care of the man with the money.
