Things have been a bit quiet over Christmas for me.

When I was working in Eastenders - Christmas was always a busy time - running off with Kathy Beale, Phil sleeping with Sharon. Without eastenders I feel a little empty inside - like I shouldn't be celebrating.

This year in the big Eastenders Christmas storyline Derek Branning died of a heart attack and Max Brannings estranged wife Kirsty came back and stopped him remarrying Tanya.

Obviously the BBC has been so caught up with scandal this year with the Jimmy Saville troubles that they forgot to ring me up and invite me back for an Xmas day cliffhanger.

Maybe next year.
