One speaks fluent French and often uses the language for audiences and state visits. One does not require an interpreter.

One has over the course of One's reign, given regular Tuesday-evening audiences to 12 British Prime Ministers.

The only one I needed an interpreter for was Tony Blair, 1997-2007… he thought he was the Monarch!
