Dear Diary - Well here I am. Sad again. I was really hoping that Simon Cowell would have chosen me to be one of the new X-Factor judges but instead he picked Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio.

Come on. No one can tell me that more people have heard of Rowland and Rubio than have heard of me Paula Abdul.

And then I figured that my old friend Ryan Seacrest would have put in a word for me but no. American Idol decided to go with Jennifer Lopez instead.

Oh well. Maybe when J.Lo quits they will finally realize that the person for the job is little old me...Paula "Touchdown" Abdul.
