What a week for zee French!

My successor, Francois Hollande has brought in a super-tax , charging millionaires and billionaires 75% of their income.

Most of them have hot-footed it off to Belgium to save their fortunes.

Now today, the french edition of Closer have printed pictures of a naked Kate Middleton on their front cover.

Well if the millionaires do want to clear off before zee English declare war on us, they wont have very long!
