I've been telling everybody that the Games project has been "seamless".

But then I (rather ungraciously I know) suggested this is because Boris has stuck to the plan that I put together seven years ago when London first won the Olympic bid.

And there are certainly plenty of sweaty, gasping sports fans on the tube in and out of the crowded Stratford station who would agree with me, even if they didn't vote for me last time around.
